Tiina Kivijärvi is a versatile violinist and violin teacher. Born in Savonlinna in 1988, she graduated from the Drama and Music Institute of the Lahti University of Applied Sciences in 2012. She continued her studies at Lahti Conservatory, where she completed her diploma in the spring of 2015. Tiina Kivijärvi has been teaching at music schools in Lappeenranta and Asikkala, and is currently a lecturer at the Music Institute of Lappeenranta. Tiina Kivijärvi is active in multiple chamber and popular music ensembles. She also has many years of experience in orchestral work with the Lahti Youth Symphony Orchestra, the Nordea Jean Sibelius Orchestra and others.
