ABOUT JEREME: Zimmerman is an experimental homebrewer and fermentation enthusiast. He will share what he has learned from his deep digs into ethnographic, archaeological and biomolecular analysis documentation on mead and ale brewing in ancient Europe and modern Scandinavia.
