Last Thursday marked the final gathering of our Scandi Cookbook Club for the season, and we ended on a delicious note with a Finnish feast! The menu was filled with comforting and flavorful dishes, including creamy pea soup, a cauliflower-rice casserole, and some apple custard. We also indulged in saffron raisin scones, Aunt Hanna’s cookies, and an array of other delightful treats. It was a perfect way to wrap up the season, celebrating Finnish flavors and good company!![]()
